Tawas Point State Park

The park, situated on the end of a sand spit that forms Tawas Bay along Lake Huron, has been referred to as the “Cape Cod of the Midwest.” The Tawas Point Lighthouse serves as the sole representative of a true Victorian-era style station on the Great Lakes.
